How to use: Apply our Texas beef rub liberally to your meat prior to cooking (based on taste preference). Also works when added to any oven-roasted meal or stove-cooked food to boost flavours.
This hits all the flavours of a classic beef rub. While this does its best work on the BBQ or over the charcoals it is also incredibly versatile that it can find a way into a lot of your weeknight meals. We recommend cooking this with beef, lamb, fish and vegetables, but in reality it works with everything.
All of our recipes are batched and packaged in Western Australia. The Big Tex contains the following: parprika, salt, garlic granules, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, mustard powder, ground cumin and raw sugar.
We don’t use any anti-caking chemicals. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and can be resealed to keep fresh for years.
